Do you have a returns policy?
Our top priority is having happy customers.
If your product is damaged or defective in any way, please return it to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
It’s important to us that you have a great experience here at Pro Magic and the products you receive are exactly what you expected. If you feel that your product is not what you expected or aren’t 100% happy with it, reach out and let us help!
Please note that media items such as books, DVDs, CDs, videos and audio files cannot be returned once they have been opened, viewed or downloaded. However, if there’s an unusual circumstance tell us – we will make every effort to take care of you.
Long term, it’s much better for us if you let us know when there’s a problem. So please don’t be shy. Let us know so we can make you happy – we’d rather earn your trust and continued business than make one-off sales.
To return an item, simply fill out our returns form. We will provide you with a RMA number. Send the item to our warehouse with the printed confirmation of the RMA number enclosed, also explaining the reason for the return and whether you’d prefer a replacement item or store credit. Please be sure to include your Pro Magic username / email and the RMA number – no returns will be accepted without these details enclosed in the packing.
Delivery costs will not be refunded.

For years, I bought thousands of products online but I found that I didn’t get what I paid for – and I was sick of getting ripped off.
